Please be advised that due to the growing number of Covid 19 infections in the BCP area. We are changing the way we deal with maintenance issues.
It is vital that the following instructions are followed before any maintenance engineer attends your property.
If you live in a house of multiple occupation (HMO), then ALL occupants MUST supply a negative LFT test result. In the event of a maintenance issue in a house of multiple occupation, we will contact all tenants to request a negative test result before we proceed with any maintenance.

If you are currently self-isolating then please do let us know. Sensitive information such as proving positive for Covid 19 falls under the GDPR, and as such will not be shared with other tenants. Unless there is a connection between properties.
If you are currently working, but self-isolating? You can obtain an employer self-isolation note from the UK Gov website by visiting: https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/screener-question You Do Not need to visit a GP if you are self-isolating.
You may be asking yourself why this change now?
The reason behind this change is if our maintenance engineers contract Covid 19 then they MUST self-isolate for 10 days. This will impact our ability to provide any sort of maintenance during these 10 days for anyone! So we are trying to cover all bases, and keep this service operational.
